A typical Workspace office will include a furnished spaces that you can fit out and personalise according to your taste.
We offer:

Private Offices

This option is available in different sizes (from 9 Sq m to 25 Sq m). Private offices come fully furnished with desks, chairs, lockable cupboards, dedicated telephone line and WIFI internet access. This choice allows teams to enjoy the advantages of working in an enclosed office while also having the perks of being in a community.

Dedicated Desks

This option is available for teams of any size. Our dedicated desks allow you to set up a permanent workstation in our open areas. Our workstation includes a desk, chair a lockable cupboard, telephone and WIFI internet.

Open Desks

Our open desk or co working or hot desk plans provide you with 24-7 access to communal workspace.

Virtual Offices

Our virtual office packages will elevate your business to the next level with a mail handling and phone management services. You have the option to add on different services as your business grows, but in the meantime let us take some administration off your hands. You’ll be able to book meeting rooms and have the option to access the space.

Meeting Rooms

This option allows you to book the meeting room on hourly or daily basis.

What are the opening hours?

Ten Works workspaces are 24/7 accessible. The reception, coffee area and cleaning will be available until 5.00 pm, but offices are accessible anytime of the day, any day of the week.

Are there any conference room or reception services available?

Can I have my mail delivered to Ten Works office:

Yes, you can.

How are the work “Space” secured?

All locations have security camera monitoring and entryways are secured with access control systems.

Can we make over or decorate our workspace, or do we have to retain the decor and furniture that’s there?

We know how important it is to create a space that feels like your own. In our Private Offices, you can brand your space with your own logos, or shape your layout and furniture choices to reflect your unique business and culture.

Can I share my unit with another company or individual?

In general, it is not permitted, but speak to the team if you believe your situation is unique.

How long will my lease be?

You have the option of availing additional services like printing and scanning facilities, secretarial service, meeting food arrangement, completely customised office, furniture and equipment, business registration, additional meeting room use etc. For such additional services you may be charged extra.
